Acquisition

(“Lion Rock”) and the shareholders of Lion Rock (collectively, the “Vendors”), pursuant to which the Company acquired all of the shares of Lion Rock (the “Acquisition”). Lion Rock holds a 100% interest in the Maybrun gold‐copper property located in the Atikwa Lake Area in northwestern Ontario (the “Maybrun Property”).
